Join us bright and early for a refreshing FREE outdoor yoga class which will be hosted by Thomaston's New Yoga Studio: Nourished Roots Yoga.The morning practice is the perfect way to start your day off with a sense of tranquility and vitality, all while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.This class is being offered from 8am-9am - We practice early to fully enjoy the rest of our day!** We are expecting a large group so please be prepared to be on the field. Towels are suggested. ** Please try and bring your own Yoga mat (any problems, call the rec office)
